  • Where can I view my prescription and sales receipt?

Once logged into your account, you can view your full order history, download digital receipts, and see the prescription details used for each pair of glasses.

  • Will I receive the same frames that I see in the picture?

Yes. We take high-resolution photos of our actual stock. However, please note that lens thickness may vary based on your specific prescription and the lens package you choose.

  • How can I return an item?

We offer a 14-day fit guarantee. If your frames don’t fit perfectly or your vision doesn’t feel right, you can initiate a return through our online portal or visit us in-store for an adjustment.

  • Will you restock frames indicated as “out of stock?”

Most of our designer frames are restocked monthly. You can sign up for an email alert on the specific product page to be notified the moment they are back in inventory.

  • Where do you ship orders?

We currently ship to all major regions. Every pair of glasses is securely packed in a hard case and an outer box to ensure they arrive in perfect alignment.
